Explore, Grow and Celebrate Our Community Waterways!

"Explore and Grow" – it’s what you do every time you watch WHRO. During our Spring TV campaign, as you enjoy all the great programming, we also want to celebrate something with you that we all treasure in this region – our community waterways. We want to hear from you! Send us your snapshots and photos, taken at any time and at any place around Eastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina waterways. Show us how you enjoy or have celebrated our mighty waters in the region. Whether you're water-skiing in the Chowan River, crabbing in the Chesapeake Bay, feasting at a seafood restaurant, or soaking up some sun on one of the area’s many beaches, we’d love to see your photos – and - possibly show them on live TV during the Spring campaign!
